Those Hurna gifted with the ability to manipulate Dust become shamans of their tribe. They provide guidance and are even known to accompany hunting parties, assisting them with their "magic".
The xml files list .66 for the normal shamans debuff power and .5 for the elite. This is a pretty significant cut to a heroe's damage output.
